Bloggers want the brands to pay them more

On Wednesday, November 21, at the Kaptol Boutique Cinema in Zagreb will be held the 3rd edition conference DIABLOG, the blogger community.




Among other things, the conference will present the results of the latest research on the Croatian blogging scene, which shows that most participants are concerned with authenticity, which is the main topic of the conference. On the other hand, they resent brands’ lack of openness to new collaborations, and lack of budget for blogging campaigns.


Good examples of collaborations with bloggers will be presented by the Croatian Tourist Board as well as the brands Reserved and NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto, which joined the list of conference partners.


Young bloggers will have the chance to win collaboration with NIVEA brand, through the competition New Star, whose goal is affirming new blogger talents.


The roundtable, on the topic Media vs. Influencers – a struggle for influence, about who has the primacy in creating content and fighting for readers and viewers, will include Editor-in-Chief of the weekly magazine StoryZrinka Ferina, news video editor at 24sata Anela Kuburaš, editor of the Netokracija portal Tena Šojer, marketing and sales manager of portal Kristina Mišlov, host and producer at RTL TV Antonija Blaće, and Ella Dvornik, an award-winning blogger and influencer.
