At the time of the "new normal", the concept of events itself changed radically, to which Nestlé successfully adapted. The leaders of the world's largest food company held the first virtual gathering with journalists and  from their locations in Croatia, Serbia and Bulgaria presented business results for Croatia for the first quarter, news in its product range, as well as the company's response to local community needs.

 

Of the business results, special emphasis was placed on strengthening e-commerce and changes in customer behavior caused by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The business is significantly different today than three months ago, the company's representatives pointed out, and it is therefore necessary to adjust the sales plans to the new circumstances.

 

The new normal has also stimulated numerous trends in the direction of taking care of proper nutrition, using natural and fresh foods and preparing healthier meals in your own home. In this direction, Nestle started with numerous innovations in the range and presented a major innovation "Magic of taste", an addition to vegetable dishes and MAGGI BIO Bouilons organic cooking cubes. At the very end, they also talked about the company's socially responsible business, primarily through the Vrtim Zdravi Film project, which this year celebrates its tenth anniversary in Croatia, initiatives for better employability of young people under 30 through trainings such as Nestlé Summer's Cool and the company's obligations. environmental protection.

 

A total of 45 people were present at the virtual gathering, of which 23 were journalists. The great response of the media representatives, extremely positive reactions and plans for some future gatherings and collaborations showed that the new circumstances slowed down for a moment, but by no means stopped the daily pace of life.
