She believes that a fast adaptation and flexibility are the two key components that separate the fear zone from the growth zone of each individual and team member, as well as a good project from a bad one. Although many see only the tip of the iceberg, she finds that after some sacrifices, the agency world is full of adventures, which is why she believes that despite the fact that laughter is no substitute for work, sometimes a little humour is enough to create a business atmosphere that raises productivity.
In the end, the most important thing in life is to be surrounded by people who always start the creative impulse in you, but at the same time know the true values of life by exploring new places in town for a brunch and, most importantly, do not condemn you if you wear mismatched socks.
