This year we are celebrating our 20th Anniversary. We planned to have a big party as a thank you to all the partners who have been with us for the past two decades, a gold Rolex for our director, but – there came corona!
We reduced our appetites, but one thing turned out to be absolutely necessary – a redesign of our website. The old website was developed with Umbraco CMS and it became technologically obsolete, it suffered from bugs and it was not optimized for mobile use. Yes, entirely shameful, we know.
After the end of quarantine and with the new wind beneath our wings, we climbed one floor and knocked on the door of BBDO with “a small request”. We asked our colleagues to redesign our website. Ivica Ivaci, Head of the Digital Department gladly accepted the challenge. Samantha Bilajac, Head of the Digital Production, took over the communication, Aleš Horvatek, Senior Digital Designer, grabbed his head and Hrvoje Fuček, Developer and UI/UX Designer, rolled up his sleeves.
It took three months to finish the design and development. The biggest problem of the old website was unresponsive design and bad user experience. We definitely needed not just the technical but also the visual refreshment.
The icing on the cake was the creation of the commemorative Dialog logo for our 20th Business Anniversary, designed by Iva Mandić, BBDO’s Art Director.
We are proud of what has been done.
The party will have to wait for some better times.
The gold Rolex is in the drawer.
And be always updated with news from Dialog.
