{"id":458,"date":"2017-08-28T13:35:40","date_gmt":"2017-08-28T13:35:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dialog-komunikacije.hr\/en\/?p=458"},"modified":"2021-02-21T10:01:29","modified_gmt":"2021-02-21T10:01:29","slug":"big-success-for-the-europe-week","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dialog-komunikacije.hr\/en\/big-success-for-the-europe-week\/","title":{"rendered":"Big success for the Europe Week"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This year&#8217;s Week of Europe had a goal to present the culture and art of the EU countries as well as the creative and cultural industries with an emphasis on topics highlighted as essential for 2017. A special focus has been placed on the 2008 Youth Leap Summit and the LEAP Summit held on the overlaping dates with this year&#8217;s Week of Europe.<\/p>\n<p>The main task of the agency was to provide logistical, technical and organizational support for the Europe Week and Weekly Youth events, to devise a program that will present member states of the EU to the citizens emphasing on culture and focusing on communication activities related to the project.<\/p>\n<p>Two separate public events were organized: first event was held on May 9th and featured projects of the European Mobility Agency, with the evening concert of the Detour group. Second event took place on May 13 and it presented member countries of the EU featuring the string musical program. Europe&#8217;s Day on May 9th was attended by Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovi\u0107, Minister Gabrijela \u017dalac and Ministers Lovro Ku\u0161\u010devi\u0107 and Pavo Bari\u0161i\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Further activities of the European Week included an independent &#8220;EU for Youth&#8221; conference within the LEAP Summit, free entrance for citizens in the Zagreb Mimara and MSU Museums, as well as a focused radio campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The European Commission&#8217;s Representation in Zagreb expressed great satisfaction with the success of the project.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Europe Week is a project of the European Commission, which includes activities aimed at promoting the diversity of European Union countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":459,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.2 -
