Creativity is at the heart of communication—and in small creative teams, it’s fast, adaptable, and effective. A smaller team means quicker idea exchange, but it also requires tools that can support that dynamic. At Dialog, we believe the real value of creativity lies in how successfully an idea can be transformed into content that people remember. That’s why our creative team relies on a mix of digital tools to get the most out of every idea—from the first concept sketch to the final solution.
Canva
Canva is our everyday ally when it comes to visuals and animations. Its power lies not only in ease of use, but also in enabling unlimited creativity with templates, fonts, and graphic elements that we transform into unique solutions for our clients. Thanks to Canva, every team member can participate in the creative process, adding an extra layer of diversity while ensuring the final result always maintains professional quality. It’s especially useful when we need to react quickly—whether creating social media content or adapting materials into different formats. Canva also doubles as our go-to tool for presentations, allowing us to prepare visually engaging decks for clients and pitches in no time, without sacrificing quality.
MidJourney
Artificial intelligence has ushered in a new era of creativity, and MidJourney is the tool that opens the door to idea-driven experimentation. We use it for visual exploration, moodboards, and quick sketches that spark discussions and push us in unexpected directions. Here, AI isn’t a replacement for creativity—it’s like a colleague who provokes us to think bigger and bolder. More recently, we’ve also been using MidJourney in presentations and pitches, where it helps us vividly illustrate ideas and convey the mood or style of a future campaign. Instead of relying on lengthy descriptions, we can show a glimpse of what a concept could look like early on, making discussions faster and more inspiring. For small teams, this means more freedom and confidence in the creative process, without worrying that limited resources will slow ideas down.
CapCut Pro
When an idea needs to become a video, CapCut Pro gives us speed and flexibility. Video editing has never been more intuitive, and the ability to add music, effects, and subtitles makes it easy to play and experiment. Video content—now a key part of digital communication—becomes yet another playground for creative expression, without heavy production costs. Beyond social media, CapCut Pro also helps us produce short video formats for presentations and pitches. For a small team, that means creating professional-looking, engaging content quickly, whether for clients, partners, or the wider public.
Figma
Figma enables real-time collaboration on design, which is especially valuable for small teams. Instead of endless file versions and back-and-forth emails, everything happens within one platform where team members can simultaneously edit, comment, and suggest changes. The result: a faster, more transparent, and creatively richer process. At Dialog, we use Figma for prototypes, wireframes, and client presentations, but also for internal idea-sharing when we need to test concepts quickly. Its biggest strength is openness to collaboration—whether you’re a designer, copywriter, or account manager, everyone can join in and contribute to the creative process. For small teams, design becomes a collective experience, not just a single person’s task.
When Small Teams Do Big Things
Creativity in small teams requires courage, curiosity, and the right tools. For us, Canva, MidJourney, Figma, and CapCut aren’t just software—they’re an extension of our creative process. They help us move faster from idea to execution and open space for exploration, experimentation, and producing memorable content.
At Dialog, we believe the best solutions are born at the intersection of creativity and technology. These four tools show how small creative teams, with smart digital choices, can achieve big impact.
The strength of such teams lies in their ability to react quickly, adapt, and get the most out of every tool. Add a dose of curiosity to that agility, and the result is projects that leave a mark and push the boundaries of everyday communication.

Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming part of our digital everyday life, and one of the most fascinating phenomena is the rise of AI social media profiles — virtual influencers who communicate, entertain, and educate their audiences. We explored three popular virtual personas that demonstrate both the power and risks of AI communication.
